Patrick Greenwood and his core team of three. We do not use subcontractors on standard projects, so you deal with the same people from your first site visit all the way through to the final tidy-up.
No deposit on most residential projects. On larger jobs that require a significant material order upfront, we may ask for a partial payment to cover materials, this will always be agreed in writing before any work starts.
A standard patio or driveway typically takes 3 to 5 days. Fencing jobs are usually done in a day or two. Larger garden renovations can take 1 to 2 weeks. We give you a clear timeline before we start and keep you updated throughout.
Porcelain, Indian sandstone, natural limestone, slate, block paving and cobble setts. Patrick will walk you through the pros and cons of each at the site visit so you can pick what suits your garden and budget.
